I love shooting weddings, but I don't sell myself as a "wedding photographer" in the traditional sense of going into the event knowing I'll get X, Y and Z shots. My approach is journalistic and spontaneous, I like to hover, interact, capture moments and settings that hopefully evoke the feeling of what it was like to be there on that amazing day.
I love the quirky and the offbeat, I know from my own wedding that the difference between going crazy and having the time of your life is sometimes just being open to what unfolds naturally. So if you want those perfectly-lit, soft focus shots of the family all lined up in their finest to put on the mantle, I'm probably not your guy. On the up side, I'm fun, collaborative and work cheap.
